Orange and Lemon Cure for Acne

Citrus fruits like orange and lemons are rich in vitamins C that helps treat acne fast. Citrus fruits also soothes the skin and keep it hydrated.

Orange Peel Remedy- Peel two oranges. Pund the orange peel with a little water. Gently apply it on your face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Rinse.

Lemon Juice Remedy- Squeeze two lemons. Mix the lemon juice with small amount of water. Using a cotton ball, apply the lemon juice on your face. leave it for 10-15 minutes. Rinse.

Unhealthy diet is one of the reasons why people get acne. Food that we take plays a very important role on nourishing our body. Just like what the saying goes, we are what we eat.

 
Most of the foods that we love to eat are the food that our skin hates. It deteriorate the skin making it acne prone and makes it weak. Too much intake of these junk foods can lead to several diseases aside from acne like Hepatitis A or B or worst, cancer.
 
Eating healthy food and maintaining regular diet will help you get the skin and body that you wanted. It is not easy to get rid of the food that we get used to eat, but remember that not all we want is good for us.
