Orange and Lemon Cure for Acne
Citrus fruits like orange and lemons are rich in vitamins C that helps treat acne fast. Citrus fruits also soothes the skin and keep it hydrated.
Orange Peel Remedy- Peel two oranges. Pund the orange peel with a little water. Gently apply it on your face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Rinse.
Lemon Juice Remedy- Squeeze two lemons. Mix the lemon juice with small amount of water. Using a cotton ball, apply the lemon juice on your face. leave it for 10-15 minutes. Rinse.

Aside form the fact that smoking can cause lung cancer and tuberculosis, this nicotine sticks can also ruin our skin. Cigarettes contain substances that can dry the skin, and blocked blood to freely circulate in our body. Blood circulation is very important to have a healthy and glowing skin.
Here’s how smoking cigarette can harm and destroy your skin:
- Smoking can cause acne- Cigarettes contain nicotine, a strong substance that has more bad effects on the body. It primarily creates blocks that hinder the blood circulates freely in our body. One of the major causes of acne is when the blood circulation is blocked. Nicotine can also kill the cells in our skin. It helps dry out the skin cells that can cause black heads and pimple outbreaks.
- Smoking can dry our skin- A lot of studies have already proved this. Cigarette’s smoke and any other smoke dry our skin. This merely because they blocked the pores that makes it hard for our skin to breathe and release dead skin cells. It impairs collagen reaction and decreases proteins than can cause skin aging and dryness.
- Smoking can cause psoriasis and skin cancer- One factor of having skin cancer is too much intake of nicotine in the body. Aside from skin cancer, smoking can also irritates skin that can cause to psoriasis since the skin is getting drier and drier. Study also says that smoking can also prolong the healing of a skin wound.
Although there other study says that nicotine does not really cause acne, but actually helps fight acne, there still no strong evidence to prove this theory. |
